1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BaristaLabs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Supercharger Rally, superchargerrally.app, or the related cloud service (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with the rules applicable to your Tesla account, vehicle, Apple account, and jurisdiction.
2. The Service
The Service is a recreational checkpoint and route-planning companion. It can identify nearby unvisited Superchargers, let you select a destination, request that destination be sent to an authorized vehicle, detect eligible arrivals using your phone, run location-based Poker Run games, and show rally history, achievements, usage, and opt-in leaderboards.
Checkpoint locations, status, availability, distance, routing, vehicle status, charging data, command delivery, and leaderboard calculations may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or unavailable. The Service does not guarantee charger availability, compatibility, access, safety, or a successful vehicle command.
3. Drive safely
Do not interact with the app while driving. Set destinations only when safely parked, and obey traffic laws, signs, access restrictions, weather conditions, and official vehicle navigation.
You are responsible for deciding whether a route or destination is safe and appropriate. The Service is not an emergency, roadside-assistance, vehicle-control, or safety system. Never enter restricted or unsafe areas to earn a capture, achievement, or leaderboard position.
4. Accounts and authorization
You must use your own authorized Tesla account and keep your device and credentials secure. You authorize the Service to use the Tesla permissions you approve to provide requested features. You can revoke access through Tesla and can delete your Supercharger Rally account from Profile.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@baristalabs.io if you believe it has been compromised.
5. Subscriptions and waypoint usage
Some features require a Rally Pass after the free Shakedown allowance. Stage Pass is planned at $3.99 per month, Endurance Pass at $8.99 per month, and Grand Tour Pass at $14.99 per month in the United States. These are auto-renewing subscriptions. The App Store displays the final price and local currency before purchase. Taxes may apply.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, and purchase processing under its rules.
Shakedown includes up to 20 completed waypoint sends, Stage Pass up to 165, Endurance Pass up to 500, and Grand Tour Pass up to 1,000 per calendar month. A failed vehicle command does not consume a send. No plan includes unlimited vehicle commands. Grand Tour adds moderated public Trip publishing. Everyone with an eligible public Rally profile can play or organize invite-only or public Poker Runs. The app displays current usage in Profile, and allowances reset on the first day of each month. We may adjust prospective limits or packaging with reasonable notice; changes do not remove rights required by law.
Restoring purchases requires the same Apple account used for the subscription.
6. Fair play and acceptable use
You agree not to:
- fake locations, visits, charging data, identity, or leaderboard activity;
- automate commands, scrape the Service, evade limits, or overload our or a third party’s systems;
- access another person’s account or vehicle without authorization;
- reverse engineer or circumvent security except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use offensive, deceptive, infringing, or impersonating usernames; or
- use the Service unlawfully or in a way that creates safety risks.
We may remove leaderboard entries, usernames, or access that reasonably appears fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.
You may connect multiple eligible vehicles, but only one vehicle may generate Rally activity for your account during a given period. The Service may exclude overlapping activity from different vehicles, activity outside the selected vehicle’s participation period, duplicate charging sessions, and geographically implausible transitions. Historical imports may require you to choose one vehicle for an overlapping period. We may recalculate visits, achievements, and leaderboard results when underlying evidence or eligibility changes.
Activity visible in Tesla is not guaranteed to receive competitive Rally credit. Contact Support if you believe authentic activity was excluded by mistake.
7. Leaderboards and public Rally profiles
Leaderboards are optional. If you join, you expressly ask us to publish the username you choose and a public Rally profile containing your verified aggregate activity. That profile may include unique Superchargers captured, achievement titles and unlock dates, Rally and Dash summaries, estimated Rally distance, charging energy totals, and coarse state, region, or country counts. Other people can open and share the profile from the app or website.
We do not publish your contact email, Tesla account or vehicle identifiers, vehicle name, charging receipts or costs, precise visit times, current or live location, subscription details, or destination-send usage on the public profile. Your contact email remains private and is used for account or moderation communication.
Public webpages and social previews can be copied, indexed, cached, or reshared by third parties. Leaving the leaderboards disables your public Rally profile and removes you from future leaderboard responses, but third-party caches and shares may take time to disappear. You can rejoin later by accepting the current Leaderboard & Public Profile Terms.
Official Poker Run Rules
Poker Runs are recreational checkpoint games, not races or gambling. Cards are randomly assigned by the Service after an eligible arrival. Subscription level never changes a card draw. Tokens are non-transferable digital collectibles with no cash value and cannot be wagered, sold, redeemed, or exchanged through the Service.
Sponsor and administrator. Supercharger Rally Poker Runs, including player-created runs, are sponsored and administered by BaristaLabs, LLC. A player who creates a run configures it as the organizer but does not replace BaristaLabs as sponsor. Apple is not a sponsor, does not administer Poker Runs, and is not involved in them.
Eligibility and entry. No purchase or paid subscription is required to play. Ordinary internet, vehicle, travel, toll, parking, or charging costs may still apply. You must have an eligible current public Rally profile and name, be legally able to participate where you live, and comply with these Terms. Weekly Open runs are available to eligible Ralliers in their published area. An invite-only player run requires an accepted invitation. A public player run requires you to tap Join before collecting cards. A run is open only during the start and end times shown in the app. Void where prohibited.
Card assignment. Stop safely inside a marked card-drop radius during the run window. The Service assigns a card on the server only after an eligible location or charging-history check. Weekly Open cards are drawn with replacement, so players may receive the same card more than once. Player-run cards are assigned from the server-managed deck or decks for that run. A subscription, send allowance, speed, and arrival time never improve the odds. Some organizer-created runs use a first-arrival rule, clearly shown before play, where the first authoritative claim removes that drop's card from the board.
Winner and ties. At the end of a run, the Service compares each player's best standard five-card poker hand. The order is royal flush, straight flush, four of a kind, full house, flush, straight, three of a kind, two pair, one pair, then high card. Five-card, seven-card, and best-five-of-seven runs use the variant shown in the app. Players with equally ranked winning hands share the win and receive the same run token. Results are determined from the Service's accepted claims and server record. We may correct a technical error, revoke invalid evidence, or disqualify prohibited conduct.
Tokens and prizes. Winner tokens are digital Rally collectibles only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, wagered, redeemed, or exchanged, and do not grant money, merchandise, services, or any other prize.
Safety and fair play. Poker Runs are checkpoint games, not races. Obey traffic laws, use only lawful public stopping places, and interact with Rally only after parking safely. Location spoofing, automated claims, duplicate accounts, harassment, unsafe drop locations, or prohibited token content may result in a rejected claim, disqualification, removal of a run or result, or account action. BaristaLabs may resolve rule questions as needed to protect safety and fair play.
A player-created Poker Run requires a public Rally name. Participants can see the organizer, player list, rules, locations, dates, and each player's card count. Other players' cards remain hidden until the run ends. Completed results, revealed hands, winners, token artwork, and aggregate Poker Run wins may appear on public Rally profiles and shareable webpages. We do not publish live player locations or invitation decisions.
Organizers must choose lawful, publicly accessible, safe stopping locations and appropriate token descriptions. Do not use invitations, descriptions, drop names, or token prompts to harass, threaten, impersonate, expose private information, infringe rights, or submit prohibited content. We may review or reject token prompts and artwork, remove runs or results, limit invitations, suspend organizing access, or take other moderation action. Players can report and hide a public run, decline invitations, and block another account to stop future Poker Run invitations between those accounts.
Published Trips
A private Trip stays in the app's private iCloud Documents container and may synchronize across devices signed into your Apple account. BaristaLabs does not receive the draft until you choose to submit it. Publishing requires an eligible Grand Tour Pass, an enabled public Rally profile, and acceptance of the current Trip Publishing Terms. A published Trip may show the name, story, route, stops, selected photos, Trip-level charging cost and energy, achievements, and other details included in the preview.
You may publish only material you have the right to share. Do not submit illegal content, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate imagery, threats, harassment, private personal information, or material that infringes another person’s rights. We may use automated and human review, delay or reject publication, remove content, suspend publishing access, preserve evidence, and make reports required by law. Users can report a public Trip for review.
You can unpublish a Trip from the app. This disables the Rally-hosted public page, but it cannot recall copies, screenshots, search indexes, social previews, or caches controlled by others. If your Grand Tour subscription ends, an already published Trip may remain public; editing and republishing require an active eligible subscription.
8. Third-party services and marks
The Service depends on third parties including Tesla, Apple, Cloudflare, mapping providers, and charger-data sources. Their terms, privacy policies, service limits, and availability also apply to their products. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Supercharger Rally is an independent product of BaristaLabs, LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Tesla. References to Tesla, Supercharger, Buc-ee’s, Cracker Barrel, Margaritaville, SpaceX, The Boring Company, parks, roads, landmarks, checkpoint hosts, and other third-party names are descriptive only. All third-party names, logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of their respective owners. No reference implies affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any third party.
9. Our rights
The Service, excluding third-party content and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose under these Terms.
If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless you agree.
10. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including when third-party APIs or platform rules change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, vehicle or charging issues, route decisions, or unsafe conduct arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or US $25. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, vehicles, the Service, third parties, or legal compliance, or for a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
13. Contact
